Flags and fabric banners are high visual impact advertising that grabs attention with both color and motion. A variety of print methods and materials are available. Large 20ft flags used at stadiums; medium size banners directing the eye of passersby in retail environments or small flags for tabletops or hand waving. The particular fabric needed is predicated on the print and how the flag or banner will be used.

FABRIC BANNER AND FLAG PRINT METHODS

Digitex Print
Low Volume prints any graphic type (spot or 4 color process)
High Volume 4 color process prints
Use DuraKnit III or DuraMax when dye penetration is needed (to see the image in reverse on the opposite side)
For single sided prints, digitex can be used on Poplin, Duck or Satin!

Screen Printing - (Dispersed Dye Print)
High volume spot color or half tone prints or low res 4 color process.
Dispersed Dye Print penetrates fabric unlike other screen print methods where the ink stays on surface of fabric and will easily wear off.

True Dye
Most vivid color, detail and dpi.
Perfect penetration on reverse side is needed.
Ideal for photographic images.
Use on DuraMax® , DuraKnit III® ,DuraLux®, pongee, poplin, satin and poly duck.

BANNER AND FLAG FABRICS

Street banner Acrylic - Heavy weight marine fabric used for street banners.

DuraKnit III - A great choice for outdoors where various weather elements prevail. Great for either indoor or outdoor flags or banners. Open weave, very durable knitted fabric with superior dye retention.

DuraMax - This 250 denier polyester fabric has a look and feel of a tight weave nylon. Need we say more.

Pongee - Perfect for give away stick flags and indoor projects. This fabric looks crisp and sharp and is extremely lightweight. Extremely economical making it perfect for high volume, short term projects.

Satin - Most suitable for interior point of purchase displays that require a premium satin-like finish. A silky and shiny fabric great for high impact graphics that require a rich look and feel. Coupled with a banner stand, this fabric makes a stunning retail display.

Poplin - An interior fabric offering an opaque look and a soft hand. The dense weave makes it ideal for high definition designs and colors that pop.

Poly Duck - A heavy weight, very opaque woven polyester with a matte surface. Great for backdrops.

Twiny - Patented fabric that can be bonded together to have two uniques images fused together back to back.
