We are unable to accept returns on personalized items, except in the case of manufacturing defects. We require that you check your order for defects immediately upon receipt. Stock non printed items can be returned unopened and unused. There is a 10% restocking fee. There are absolutely no returns after 15 days from the receipt of your order.

Please contact our customer service department at 800-980-6871 in the event you receive defective merchandise. We will work to resolve any issue.

We work to make sure your product and imprint will be exactly as you approved them or we will produce the order again. Colors are not reliably viewed online. For critical color match please purchase a mini proof of your print or if you unsure about our fabric colors we are happy to send you fabric swatches at no charge.
